I worked as a Ph.D. candidate in Computer Science at McMaster University under the supervision of Dr. Frantisek Franek and Dr. Antoine Deza. My primary research interests include the periodicity problems and the optimization of repetition algorithms in strings. In particular, we investigated the problem of the maximum number of distinct primitively rooted squares in strings.
