Title: Opt Art: Using Optimization to Create Pictures and Portraits

For a little over a year, I have been using optimization to create pictures, portraits, and other works of art. In November 2002, I launched a small company, DominoArtwork.com, that creates portraits that are made out of up to 100 complete sets of double nine dominoes. In this talk, I will describe the integer programming formulations that form the foundation of my work.
